Reformer Classes

Reformer (all levels) will consist of a full body workout, moving through a challenging flow that can be modified for all levels of ability. Movements are taught in ‘layers’ of difficulty which is a great way to target both beginners, intermediate and advanced clients.

Reformer Beginner

Reformer Beginner focuses on the basic principles of Reformer Pilates, allowing new clients to experience the movements in a slower paced class. Instructors focus on form, movement and precision so that clients feel they are being challenged within a safe and supportive environment. This class is aimed towards clients who have no previous Reformer experience or who would like to simply build their confidence with the movements..

Reformer Intermediate

Ladies Only Reformer

Reformer (ladies only) gives ladies the opportunity to workout in a comfortable environment. Core & Glute Sculpt

Core & Glute Sculpt is perfect for all levels. The class is designed to use controlled movements, mindful alignment, and props such as hand weights and resistance bands to build a strong, stable core while sculpting and lifting your glutes. Barre

Barre aims to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the entire body with a combination of movements from Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements, the barre, and props like light weights and resistance bands, expect to feel the burn!
