Reformer Classes

Our Reformer classes are designed to meet you where you are, with three clear levels so you can move with confidence and progress at your own pace.

Reformer Beginner

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates or Reformer

These classes focus on learning the foundations, understanding correct technique, and building strength at a steady, supportive pace. Instructors guide you through each movement, offering clear cues and modifications throughout.

No previous experience required.

A balanced, full body Reformer workout suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Movements are taught in layers, meaning you can keep things simple or progress where appropriate making this a great option if you’re transitioning from beginner or want a consistent, supportive challenge.

Reformer intermediate/ Advance

Designed for those with Reformer experience looking to challenge their strength, control and endurance.

These classes are more dynamic and fast-paced, featuring more complex sequences and higher intensity options. Previous Reformer experience is recommended.

Pilates Sculpt

Mat Pilates focuses on body weight movement, core strength and flexibility.

These classes are slower paced but deeply effective, emphasising alignment, breath and control, ideal for building a strong foundation or complementing Reformer sessions.

Barre

Barre aims to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the entire body with a combination of movements from Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements, the barre, and props like light weights and resistance bands, expect to feel the burn!

Mum and Baby Classes

Every Wednesday 10:30am

A supportive space for you and your baby.

Our Mum & Baby Pilates classes are designed to gently support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move alongside your baby in a calm, welcoming environment.

These sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and easing tension through controlled, low-impact movement with a strong emphasis on safety and support. Babies are welcome to stay close to you throughout the class, and breaks, feeds and cuddles are always encouraged.

This is a judgement-free space to move at your own pace, connect with other mums, and begin rebuilding strength and confidence after birth.

A deeply relaxing experience designed to calm the nervous system and support mental wellbeing.

Using sound frequencies to encourage rest and restoration, these sessions provide a chance to fully switch off, reset and reconnect.
