“Absolutely love Rise Pilates studio. I've been attending reformer classes there for the last 3 weeks. The instructors are fantastic, knowledgeable, supportive, kind and great at motivating you to work hard. The space is large and clean, and all the equipment is new and high quality.
What appreciate most is how they push you to your limit while still offering modifications and alternative options if you are not quite ready for a move yet. It feels challenging but not intimidating.
The location is also super convenient, with easy parking and also accessible from the Metro. Highly recommend!”
